So sad, I’ve been going to this place for a while now and decided to go yesterday to end the day with a relaxing massage, what I didn’t know was that this massage would not only be painful but also mentally bothered. Myself and my lady asked for 30 minute massages, the ladies kept trying to get us to go for an hour each (they charge by the minute) I explicitly said I can only do 30 mins and the said ok, when we laid on the massage beds they asked again if we can do more time, I said NO. They asked many times during the massage and even started to converse with each other in their native language during our massage, my masseuse was clearing her throat the whole time and seemed to be trying to suppress a cough until a certain point where she couldn’t anymore… you should NOT be offering hands on services while you’re sick. As we were nearing the end of the service she then started to ask me again repeatedly to do another 30 minutes and I kept telling her that I can’t, my lady’s masseuse then started asking me too! Mind you I was already uncomfortable from the way she was massaging me and the fact that she was sick while doing so… I told them no a few times and then my masseuse got down on her knee right in front of my face and practically begged while I was laying down, her face was about 5 inches away from mine and all I thought about was how now I’m going to get sick, I told her NO that I’m done. I was so uncomfortable but of course had to pay so when I did the bill was $60, I didn’t feel like a top was deserved because there was nothing relaxing about the experience but I payed $65, the lady who took the payment then looked at me and said “you only paid $65?” I said yes, the massages were $30 each & I gave an extra $5 , she then said that it wasn’t enough and that I should have tipped a minimum of $5 each… and at that moment I knew that I would NEVER go back, a tip is not mandatory and should be appreciated. If you want a good tip do a good job, if you want to get paid more then charge more! This new era of people demanding tips has gotten out of hand.you need to do better!
I randomly went there yesterday and had an amazing exprience. They were super friendly and the person who worked on me was able to get some really hard knots out. I highly recommend.
